Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to the official QvVPN website, user panel, and related subscription services. When users visit public pages, create an account, choose a plan, place an order, use international routes, or open a ticket, the system processes data required for the relevant function. Different functions require different data; data related to an unused function will generally not be generated.
QvVPN processes data according to principles of clear purpose, appropriate scope, and controlled access. Internal access is limited to service delivery, troubleshooting, order verification, security maintenance, and compliance needs. Data is not arbitrarily repurposed for activities unrelated to the service.
Data Collected and Its Uses
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Email is therefore not required during registration and is not collected to open an account. The system processes the username, authentication credentials, and necessary account status information to identify the account, maintain login sessions, and provide subscription access.
After an order is placed, the system stores the plan, order status, payment-channel response, transaction identifier, and refund records to confirm payment, deliver the subscription, reconcile accounts, and handle disputes. Traffic usage and plan status are used to calculate remaining allowance, apply monthly subscription resets, or determine whether a traffic package remains available.
When users visit the website, the system may process page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, access time, and necessary network security information to understand site performance, locate errors, and prevent abnormal requests. Access analytics are used for site operations and are not used to build profiles of users' browsing content.
No Logs and Connection Data
QvVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, and does not store webpage content, search content, or communications. The system does not create a long-term connection history that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity.
To manage routes, measure traffic, diagnose faults, and prevent service abuse, the system may temporarily process necessary technical information during operation. This information is not processed to record specific access content. After processing, it is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified; connection logs containing target websites and request content are not retained long term.
When users voluntarily submit a ticket, the ticket text and any diagnostic information they attach are retained as support records. Users should review the content before submitting and provide only information needed to locate the issue.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary session information. This data keeps account sessions active, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. An identity token may be stored in the current browser so users can continue using account features on later visits.
Analytics tools may use necessary identifiers to distinguish visits and aggregate page performance. Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings, or log out to end the current login session. After clearing them, language, interface preferences, or login status may need to be configured again.
Payments, Retention, and Deletion
QvVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service and are subject to that provider's data practices. QvVPN receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and order status needed to complete an order, but does not directly control data collected by the third party on its payment page. Users should read the applicable privacy notice before submitting payment.
Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are retained while needed for reconciliation, dispute handling, security review, or necessary obligations. Access analytics and operational information are processed only for the period required to fulfill their purpose, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Data is not repurposed merely to extend its retention period.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through a user panel ticket. After receiving a request, QvVPN first verifies account ownership and then processes data eligible for deletion. Records that must be retained for an incomplete order, refund dispute, or necessary obligation will be deleted or de-identified after the relevant purpose ends.
Policy Updates and User Choices
QvVPN may revise this policy when features, data handling practices, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes to the processing scope may also be announced within the site.
Before continuing to use a relevant feature, users can review the updated content. If they disagree with non-essential processing, they can stop using the relevant feature, clear local browser data, or submit a data-handling request through the user panel. Stopping use of the service does not affect the lawful processing of previously completed orders and refund records.
