Service Content and Scope

QvVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, including international route access, subscription delivery, client connection support, and user panel management. Routes cover 100+ countries / 180+ routes and support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Actual connection performance may be affected by the user's network location, the status of the target service, route maintenance, device settings, and third-party infrastructure. QvVPN may adjust route entry points, connection methods, and node arrangements according to network conditions, without changing the traffic benefits expressly included in the purchased plan.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription management and activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices and may be used by the same account holder on their own devices. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling, renting, public distribution, or sharing the account, subscription information, or route access credentials with third parties. Without permission, the service may not be offered again as a standalone product, shared resource, or part of another commercial service.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrade differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and billing method before payment.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using QvVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to the relevant services. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' legitimate rights, or disruption of normal network and system operations.

Using the service for unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, harassment, bulk transmission of harmful information, intellectual property infringement, or other conduct that may harm third parties is prohibited. Users must determine whether their accessed content and method of use comply with applicable rules and accept the related responsibility.

Service Availability and Disclaimer

QvVPN performs necessary route maintenance, troubleshooting, and capacity adjustments. Maintenance, network fluctuations, device compatibility issues, changes in target service policies, and failures in uncontrollable third-party infrastructure may cause temporary interruptions, speed changes, or limited feature availability.

The service is delivered according to its actual available status. For interruptions, data transmission issues, or third-party service changes beyond QvVPN's reasonable control, QvVPN will provide practical troubleshooting and recovery assistance, but does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, application, or region. Users should maintain necessary backups and alternatives for important business activities.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without requiring a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. The service will process the request after verifying the first payment date and order records. The arrival time depends on the actual processing procedures of Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

If reselling, renting, publicly sharing subscriptions, disrupting system operations, using the service for unlawful activity, or repeatedly violating these terms occurs, QvVPN may restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, QvVPN may provide an explanation in the user panel according to the level of risk. Account termination does not affect responsibilities or obligations that arose before termination.

Changes to the Terms and Applicability

QvVPN may revise these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updated content will be posted on this page or in the user panel, together with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights will be clearly highlighted.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. Users who disagree may stop using the service and manage their existing subscription. Matters not expressly covered by these terms will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations, published plan details, and the rules on relevant pages.
