Before You Start

Before you begin, make sure the current device can open the QvVPN user panel normally. Prepare a memorable username and password that you do not reuse on other websites. QvVPN does not require an email address when creating an account; your username and password are the credentials you will use to access the panel, view plans, and get your subscription. Store them somewhere secure. If you switch devices, use the same credentials to access the original account.

This page covers the shortest path to getting started. There is no need to study route protocols or install several clients for comparison first. Complete your account and order, then get the client and personal subscription for your platform from the user panel. This reduces issues such as unclear download sources and failed subscription imports. Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS follow essentially the same pattern: get the client, find the subscription entry point, paste the link, load the routes, and connect.

If another networking tool is already installed on the device, exit it before starting the QvVPN import process. This makes it easier to tell which configuration provides the displayed route and prevents multiple tools from managing the system network at the same time. Whether to keep the old configuration is up to you; this guide does not require deleting existing content. Just make sure other similar connections are disconnected while you verify QvVPN.

There are two separate entry points: the marketing site is for reading about plans, routes, and guides, while the user panel manages your account, orders, client downloads, and subscriptions. When you see a link to “Open the user panel,” it will take you to the standalone panel under the site root. That is the expected path, not a return to the marketing homepage.

Step One

Create an Account

Click “Start Free” below to open the account creation page. Enter the prepared username, set a password, and confirm it as instructed. QvVPN does not require an email address, so before submitting, check that the username is correct and both password entries match. Complete the creation process to enter the user panel. If you already have an account, use the login entry at the top to access it instead of creating another one.

After entering the panel, first check that the account overview is displayed correctly. It is fine if you have not chosen a plan yet; the overview will remain the fixed entry point for getting your subscription and checking usage. Before placing an order, consider signing out once and signing back in to confirm that your username and password were saved correctly. If you cannot get back in, resolve the login issue first rather than proceeding with payment before confirming your credentials.

The account identifies your orders and subscription; it is not the same as the client configuration. After the account is created, routes will not appear on the device automatically, and you do not need to look for a subscription address at this stage. Next, open the Plans page and choose based on your usage period and expected data consumption. Handling the account, order, subscription, and client in sequence makes troubleshooting clearer.

Step Two

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

Open the “Plans” section in the user panel, or use the entry point below to view the available options. QvVPN offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. If you use the service regularly, choose based on your expected monthly usage rather than selecting the highest tier for occasional heavy use.

Data packages are another option: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. If your usage is irregular and you prefer to consume a fixed total amount, compare data packages with monthly subscriptions. The Plans page shows each price and allowance on its corresponding card; check the plan type again before choosing so you do not confuse monthly data with a permanently valid package.

After choosing a plan, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” and follow the page to generate your order. Payment options are shown at checkout; QvVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order again. Return to the user panel and check the order status first. Once the status updates, the corresponding subscription will appear in the account overview. If the page has not changed immediately after payment, reopen the overview to check instead of creating a second order.

When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. If this is your first time, choose according to your actual needs; you can adjust it later in the panel. All plans support unlimited devices and include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Unlimited devices does not mean creating a new account for each device. One account can provide the required client and subscription on different devices.

Only after the order is active should you get the subscription link. It is not a public download address or a piece of text from the plan details page. It is a configuration entry tied to your account and should be copied from the account overview in the user panel.

Step Three

Get Your Subscription from the User Panel

After the order becomes active, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription information, confirm that it belongs to the current account and active plan, then click to copy the subscription link. After copying, do not paste it into a chat window, public document, or search box. Open the client for your platform directly and paste it into the subscription import field.

A subscription link is a long URL and is usually impractical to enter manually. Use the copy button provided by the panel to avoid missing characters. The address below is only a format example; it does not correspond to a real account and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Get the real subscription link only from the logged-in user panel. This page does not display a static subscription address or provide direct package download links. Keeping the client source, account status, and subscription content in one workflow helps ensure they stay aligned. If the link was accidentally shared publicly, check the panel for a reset option. If you are unsure what to do, see the account and subscription guidance in the Help Center.

After copying, you can leave the user panel open and open the client in another window for import. If the import reports an invalid link format, return to the overview and copy it again instead of deleting characters or changing parameters yourself. If the client recognizes the link but no routes appear, check whether the order is active, whether the network can reach the subscription entry point, and whether the client supports link imports.

Step Four

Import Clients on Each Platform

Choose your current platform in the Client Downloads area of the user panel. Use the logged-in panel for both download and installation instructions; this guide does not provide standalone package URLs. After installation, open the client and import the subscription link copied in the previous step. Button labels vary by platform, but the sequence is generally “add subscription — paste link — confirm update — choose a route.”

Windows

Choose the Windows client in the user panel and follow the panel’s installation instructions. On first launch, look for subscription management, configuration management, or an option to import from a link. Click Add and paste the complete subscription link into the address field. You can name it “QvVPN” to distinguish it from other configurations. Save it, run an update, wait for the route list to appear, and return to the client’s main screen.

If the system asks for network access, confirm that the request comes from the newly installed QvVPN client and continue as prompted. If the import completes but no routes appear, check the update result in subscription management instead of adding the same link repeatedly. Once the configuration is present, open the route selector and continue connecting.

macOS

Get the macOS client from the user panel and complete the installation. After launching it, use the subscription or configuration entry to add a subscription by link, then paste and confirm the address copied from the panel. macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or add a VPN configuration. When a system dialog appears, verify the app name and authorize it as prompted. Without this system approval, the client may show routes but still be unable to manage network traffic.

After authorization, return to the client, update the subscription once, and confirm that the route list has loaded. If the app asks you to continue in System Settings, follow the prompt to open the relevant page and approve it, then return to the client. Do not run another networking tool during authorization, as this can make the connection state difficult to assess.

Android

Open the Android download entry in the user panel and install the client according to the panel’s instructions. Open it, go to subscription management, choose import from the clipboard or a link, paste the subscription address, and save it. After a successful update, the client will show the available routes. On the first connection, Android displays a system confirmation dialog for creating a VPN connection; verify the current app and allow it.

If nothing happens after pasting, first confirm that the link is still on the clipboard, then use the manual paste option. Some systems restrict background activity. When getting started, keep the client in the foreground until the connection and verification are complete. Background behavior varies by device and can be adjusted later using the relevant Help Center guidance.

iOS

Open the iOS client entry in the user panel and get the app using the method provided there. In the client, look for Add Subscription, Import from URL, or Paste Configuration. Paste the subscription link and confirm the update. When iOS creates a connection for the first time, it will request permission to add a VPN configuration and may ask you to confirm using the device’s existing verification method. After approval, return to the client to see the connection controls.

If the import shows only the subscription name and no routes, run an update manually first. If other VPN configurations already exist in System Settings, make sure the imported QvVPN configuration is the one actually enabled during verification. The system icon in the status bar only indicates that the configuration has started; you still need to check the exit IP in the next section.

Client interfaces on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS continue to change, so this guide does not depend on the button layout of a specific version. As long as you can add the subscription, update the configuration, choose a route, and approve the system request, the main process is complete. Linux users can also get the corresponding client and instructions from the user panel. For deeper platform configuration, route types, and networking principles, read the Selection Guide; complex parameters are beyond the scope of this page.

Step Five

Connect and Verify That It Works

After importing the subscription, choose a route that matches the target service’s region and click Connect. Wait for the client status to show Connected, but do not rely on the icon alone. Open an ordinary webpage to confirm that the network is accessible, then visit this site’s IP lookup page to check the exit information. The result should differ from the result before connecting and should reasonably match the selected route’s region.

Verification Order

Status, Webpage, Exit IP

Check the client connection status first, confirm that a webpage opens next, and verify the exit IP last. This order helps quickly identify whether the issue is with the client, the route, or the target service.

Open IP Lookup

If the client shows Connected but the exit IP has not changed, disconnect first, exit other similar tools, reconnect, and refresh the lookup page. You can also switch to another route and repeat the check. Do not change the subscription, system proxy, and multiple network settings at the same time. Change one condition at a time so you can see which action actually resolves the issue.

If the exit IP has changed but a particular website still does not work normally, the subscription import and basic connection are probably complete. Next, check whether the route region matches the target service. Return to the client, switch to a route in the appropriate region, and reopen the target website. The browser may retain an old connection state, so close the target page and open it again if necessary.

After verification succeeds, everyday use usually requires only opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting; there is no need to import the subscription again each time. Update the subscription through subscription management when routes have not refreshed for a long time, the plan changes, or the list looks abnormal. If the account overview shows the plan is active but the client still cannot update, see the Help Center for connection and troubleshooting categories. System guidance on route types, billing models, and route selection is available in the Selection Guide.

Process Recap

Key Points for Continued Use

The account manages orders, the plan determines available data, the subscription delivers routes to the client, the client handles the connection, and IP lookup verifies the result. When something goes wrong, check this chain step by step instead of changing several settings at once; it makes the cause easier to identify.

Copy personal subscriptions only from the user panel, and use the panel as the source for client downloads and entry points. When changing devices, there is no need to create another account. Sign in to the original account, get the client for the relevant platform, and import it again.
